1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HookGrabber ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HookGrabber is a webhook inspection, debugging, and relay service. It allows you to capture, inspect, replay, and forward HTTP webhooks. The Service is provided on a freemium basis: a free tier is available with limited retention and endpoint counts; paid plans unlock additional features.
3. Your Account
You must authenticate via GitHub OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Deliberately send traffic that exceeds fair-use limits or disrupts service for other users
- Store or relay personally identifiable information in violation of applicable privacy law
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
5. Data Retention
Free accounts retain captured requests for up to 48 hours. Paid accounts retain requests for the period specified in the plan. We may delete data beyond these limits without notice. You are responsible for exporting data you wish to keep.
6. Payments and Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions, data loss, or delays.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HookGrabber and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
